CTREIN facilitates its beneficiaries to access discounted essential products and services, which are made available under its various Programmes. In special circumstances, CTREIN extends waivers to beneficiaries who demonstrate inability to afford the discounted products and services. The Organization also manages a Business Centre, a Community SACCO, and a Hybrid Business Start-up Grant financing initiative.
Unlike many CSOs, CTREIN manages its Programmes based on a sustainable self-reliance financing model, which enables it to generate funds to finance its operations, and in the process facilitates a culture of financial independence among its beneficiaries.
